So far there are 3 installments of unique stories regarding songs: “It’s Safe To Be You”, Chapter 2 _ “That’s The Way” and Chapter 3 _ “The Bluesman“. Chapters are loaded with photos highlighting each story, how the song came about and developed to be what it is today on albums by Shane O’Brien and O’Briens Edge. Some Chapters you may find two recorded versions in the Chapters display of that particular song. 1 version of the song as it was originally being written/recorded and the 2nd rendition may be Shane playing it for that Chapter featured as it's highlight. There may be many folks who read and see this new feature and say to themselves “Hey I took that picture” or “I recorded that track with him” or “I was at that gig“. To those particular friends I say “Don't fret, I don't forget"

Story behind the song
A description of a real cool afternoon hanging out with my musical brothers in Point Fermin Park which is located right across the street from another real cool hamburger/Biker hangout joint WALKERS CAFE and the proprietor then was the original owner BESSIE MAE. "Got my blues guitar in my hands and a beer in the other with a full moon out , playin till the sun comes up in the mornin'. Got it made in the shade, alright...Got it made in the shade, alright Now..."
