Story behind the song
My father passed away 33 years ago. About fifteen years into that I had a dream that he was still alive. Upon waking up, I kinda relived the loss. Anyway it led to writing this poem. Pretty downer, because that was the mood at the time. I finally put it to music recently. Not really about my father, just inspired by that dream and the sense of loss and desperation.

Great lyrics and music, the special "signature" of your vocals Matt is extremely distinctive, just as I loved in the songs of RR, here once again I really dig into your music world!!! An excellent piece, so sad, but worth every single second of listening!! :)
